ラボの忘年会をしましたLab year-end party

ペッパーランチを真似したものを作ってくれました。美味しいです。青森出張した際の「源たれ」で味付けをしています。上村くんが欧州遠征をした際のワインも味見をしました。

12月は忙しくてあまり時間が取れないので、ちょっと早い忘年会になりました。

The students made a Pepper Lunch-style sizzling rice dish. Delicious. It was seasoned with "Gentare" sauce from my Aomori trip. We also tasted the wine Uemura brought back from Europe.

December is busy and we don't have much free time, so we had our year-end party a little early.
