学外の研究室・共同研究先Collaborators outside UEC

2005-2011 大阪公立大学理学部宮田研究室Miyata Lab, Graduate School of Science, Osaka Metropolitan University 中根が学位を取得した研究室です。当時は大阪市立大学という名称でした。The lab where Nakane earned his Ph.D. Back then, the university was called Osaka City University.
2011-2013 長崎大学歯学部口腔病原微生物Department of Oral Pathogenic Microbiology, School of Dentistry, Nagasaki University 中根がポスドクとして2年間過ごしました。そのとき教授だった中山浩次先生は2018年3月に退官されました。Nakane spent two years here as a postdoc. Prof. Nakayama, who was the professor at the time, retired in March 2018.
2013-2020 学習院大学物理学科西坂研究室Nishizaka Lab, Department of Physics, Gakushuin University 中根が助教として 7年半過ごしました。格好良い顕微鏡がたくさん。Nakane spent seven and a half years here as an assistant professor. Lots of cool microscopes.
2006~ 国立感染症研究所細菌第二部Department of Bacteriology II, National Institute of Infectious Diseases 見理さんにはマイコプラズマの変異株をたくさんつくってもらいました。今は林原先生にヘリコバクターの培養を教わっています。Kenri made lots of Mycoplasma mutants for us. Now Prof. Hayashibara is teaching us how to culture Helicobacter.
2011~ University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, McBride LabUniversity of Wisconsin Milwaukee, McBride Lab ポスドクのときに2か月滞在しました。ジョンソニエの滑走運動について共同研究をしました。Nakane stayed here for two months as a postdoc. We collaborated on the gliding motility of Flavobacterium johnsoniae.
2012~ 立命館大学物理学科和田研究室Wada Lab, Department of Physics, Ritsumeikan University 動きのモデルを考えるときに相談しています。We consult them when thinking about models of motility.
2013~ 群馬大学医学部附属薬剤耐性菌実験施設Laboratory of Bacterial Drug Resistance, Faculty of Medicine, Gunma University 久留島さんと一緒に腸球菌を観察しました。We observed Enterococcus together with Kurushima.
2015~ 産業技術総合研究所生物プロセス部門Bioproduction Research Institute, National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) 菊池さんとカメムシの共生細菌を観察しています。秋田県立大の竹下さんには変異株でお世話になっています。We’re observing the symbiotic bacteria of stinkbugs with Kikuchi. Takeshita at Akita Prefectural University has helped us out with mutants.
2015~ Imperial College London, Beeby LabImperial College London, Beeby Lab カンピロバクターの共同研究をしました。Eliがたくさん変異株をつくってくれました。We collaborated on Campylobacter. Eli made lots of mutants for us.
2015~ 金沢大学生体分子生理学研究室Laboratory of Biomolecular Physiology, Kanazawa University 田岡さんから磁性細菌をもらっています。We get magnetotactic bacteria from Taoka.
2017~ 東京薬科大学玉腰研究室Tamakoshi Lab, Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences サーマスの株をたくさんもらいました。運動のシミュレーションでは、森河先生にもご協力いただきました。We received lots of Thermus strains. Prof. Morikawa also helped us with motility simulations.
2018~ Freiburg University, Wilde LabFreiburg University, Wilde Lab シアノバクテリアの走光性の研究で共同研究をしました。一緒に実験していた榎本さんは2024年から東京農大の先生になりました。榎本さんの所属する応用微生物学研究室の梶川さんとは乳酸菌でお世話になっています。We collaborated on phototaxis in cyanobacteria. Enomoto, who did experiments with us, became a faculty member at Tokyo University of Agriculture in 2024. Kajikawa, from the Applied Microbiology Lab where Enomoto works, has been helping us with lactic acid bacteria.
2018~ 東京大学醗酵学研究室Laboratory of Fermentation Microbiology, The University of Tokyo 大西先生のところのみなさんと希少放線菌を観察しました。遊走子がとっても速く運動するところを撮影しました。We observed rare actinomycetes with the members of Prof. Ohnishi’s group. We filmed zoospores swimming really fast.
2019~ 理研 JCMRIKEN JCM (Japan Collection of Microorganisms) 加藤真悟さんのナノアーキアたちを観察しました。JCMからはたくさん菌株を購入しています。We observed Kato’s nanoarchaea. We buy lots of strains from JCM.
2019~ 東京農業大学細胞ゲノム研究室Laboratory of Cell Genomics, Tokyo University of Agriculture 渡辺智さんとスピルリナを見ています。We’re looking at Spirulina with Watanabe.
2021~ CNRS Yamaichi LabCNRS Yamaichi Lab 山市さんのところから JSPS短期で学生がやってきました。A student came to us from Yamaichi’s lab through a JSPS short-term program.
2022~ 宇部工業高等専門学校島袋研究室Shimabukuro Lab, National Institute of Technology, Ube College 上村くんはここで3年半ほど過ごしましたや。Uemura spent about three and a half years here.
2023~ 東京農工大村山研Murayama Lab, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology 細菌の運動を小倉くんが頑張ってくれています。Ogura is working hard on bacterial motility for us.
2023~ 琉球大学昆虫学研究室Laboratory of Entomology, University of the Ryukyus 下地さんから昆虫の視点で新しいアイデアをもらっています。Shimoji gives us new ideas from an insect’s point of view.
2024~ 東北大学工学部School of Engineering, Tohoku University 大森さんにドリル運動のシミュレーションでご協力いただきました。Omori helped us with simulations of drill-like motility.
2024~ 国立感染症研究所細菌第一部Department of Bacteriology I, National Institute of Infectious Diseases 伊豫田先生のところの小髙さんが上村くんと共同研究を進めています。Kotaka from Prof. Iyoda’s group is collaborating with Uemura.
2024~ 調布北高校Chofu-kita High School 探求の授業の一環として、学生を受け入れています。We host students as part of their inquiry-based learning classes.
2024~ 岡山大学資源植物科学研究所Institute of Plant Science and Resources, Okayama University 植木先生とヘテロシグマの共同研究を進めています。We’re collaborating with Prof. Ueki on Heterosigma.
2025~ 大阪大学工学部生物圏環境工学領域Biosphere Environmental Engineering Area, School of Engineering, Osaka University 井上先生や学生の杉山さんとデロビブリオの研究を進めています。We’re working on Bdellovibrio with Prof. Inoue and student Sugiyama.
