We hosted a Takumi Girl lab experience

As part of UEC's Takumi Girl Project, we hosted a lab experience. Junior high and high school girls tried an experiment called "Let's use a smartphone as a microscope!" Everyone seemed to be having a great time.

They walked around the UEC campus and took pictures of all sorts of things with smartphone microscopes.

Can you really see microbes with a smartphone!?
