菅研M1の島田くんが2023年11月6-9日に熊本市で開催されたFuture Technologies from KUMAMOTO（第40回「センサ・マイクロマシンと応用システム」シンポジウム、第14回 マイクロ・ナノ工学シンポジウム、第15回 集積化MEMSシンポジウム、化学とマイクロ・ナノシステム学会主催 第48回研究会、以上の４学会の合同シンポジウム）にて、優れた発表を行ったことに対し、優秀講演論文表彰を受賞しました。

本合同シンポジウムは、センサ・マイクロマシン技術のさらなる発展を目標に、分野を超えた研究グループ間の情報交換、研究成果およびアイデアの討議の場として開催されており、当該分野における日本最大のシンポジウムです。

Shimada, a first-year master's student in the Kan lab, received an Outstanding Paper Presentation Award for an excellent presentation at Future Technologies from KUMAMOTO, held in Kumamoto City on November 6-9, 2023 (a joint symposium of four meetings: the 40th "Sensors, Micromachines and Applied Systems" Symposium, the 14th Micro-Nano Engineering Symposium, the 15th Integrated MEMS Symposium, and the 48th meeting of the Society for Chemistry and Micro-Nano Systems).

This joint symposium is held as a forum for exchanging information across research groups in different fields and for discussing results and ideas, with the aim of further advancing sensor and micromachine technology. It is the largest symposium in this field in Japan.
